How to Get in Touch

Ways to Connect

Have a question or feel ready to begin? Please reach out in whichever way feels easiest:

  1. 1Email me directly at hello@jackielarkincounselling.ca.
  2. or
  3. 2View my availability and book a free consultation online (opens in a new tab).

Reaching Out by Email

Email is best for questions about my services or booking an appointment. To help protect your privacy, please save personal details for our consultation or sessions. I aim to respond within 48 hours. If I'm away from the office, you'll receive an automatic email reply with more information, and I'll be in touch as soon as possible after I return.

Booking a Free Consultation

I recommend beginning with a free 15-minute consultation with me. It's a low-pressure opportunity to share a little about what brings you to therapy, ask me any questions you may have, and get a feel for whether my approach is what you're looking for. There's no obligation to book a full session afterward.

A Note on Crisis Support

Email is not monitored 24/7 and cannot be used for crisis situations. If you need immediate support, please refer to the crisis resources listed below.
